1. DEFINITIONS

Within this document:

  • Platform: Refers to the “Anadolu Hayvan Pazarı” website and mobile applications.

  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

  • Listing Owner: A user who publishes a listing.

  • Content: Listings, texts, images, descriptions, and similar materials.

  • Pet Adoption: Paid or free adoption of domestic animals.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Users who do not agree must refrain from using the Platform.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The Platform provides:

  • Cattle and livestock listing services,

  • Domestic/pet adoption listings,

  • Product listings from pet shops (accessories, feed, pet food, etc.),

as a classified listing and communication platform.

The Platform does not act as a buyer, seller, broker, or intermediary in any animal or product transaction.
It only provides the infrastructure for publishing listings.

4. PAYMENTS & INTERMEDIATION

The Platform does not provide any payment system.
All:

  • Negotiations,

  • Agreements,

  • Payments,

  • Deliveries,

  • Transportation,

  • Adoption processes,

occur directly between users.

The Platform is not responsible for disputes, damages, or claims arising from these transactions and does not provide any guarantee.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate, current, and complete,

  • Animals listed comply with applicable Turkish animal health and welfare laws,

  • Domestic animal adoption complies with animal welfare regulations,

  • No third-party rights are infringed,

and all legal responsibilities lie with the listing owner.

Prohibited Content:

Users are not allowed to post:

  • False or misleading listings,

  • Illegal or unregistered animals,

  • Sick animals without disclosure,

  • Animals of prohibited breeds (according to national regulations),

  • Unauthorized promotional or commercial content,

All listing responsibility belongs solely to the listing owner.

6. PET ADOPTION RULES

In domestic animal adoption cases:

  • Animal health and welfare must be prioritized,

  • It is illegal to offer animals younger than 8 weeks for adoption,

  • Transportation and delivery must comply with relevant regulations.

7. PLATFORM RIGHTS

The Platform reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings that violate rules,

  • Warn or suspend users,

  • Edit listing categories or formatting (not content),

  • Modify Platform features,

without being obligated to do so.

8. CONTENT LICENSE

By posting content, users grant the Platform a royalty-free license to:

  • Display the content,

  • Index it in search engines,

  • Use it for promotional and advertising purposes,

without additional compensation.

9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Platform is not liable for:

  • Disputes between buyers and sellers,

  • Animal conditions, health, or characteristics,

  • Delivery, transportation, or payment issues,

  • Incorrect or misleading information,

All risks are assumed by the users involved.

10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

The Platform processes user data lawfully.
Details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.
The Platform is not responsible for their content or services.

12. AMENDMENTS

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions.
Changes become effective once published on the Platform.
